When you scroll over it, the message "listen and type the letters you hear" appears. So what has me really confused, is this so a blind person can post a response to a blog? But how can they read the blog?????? Is there a translator that reads web pages to them? Or a Braille computer screen????? Or has the anti-discrimination laws stuck fear into the internet????
